At Cozy Cubs Preschool, we believe in learning through hands on - and sometimes messy – play! We understand that each child has unique needs and interests. We provide the environment and tools your child needs to thrive to the best of their abilities. Our toys are as simple as possible, so children can really let their imaginations shine in all they do. We believe that nature has both a calming and inspiring effect on the growth and development of a person, so we spend time in nature as often as we can, and our classroom is intentionally decorated to invoke the outdoors.
Children and teacher work together to create learning experiences that are educational and fun, and teach the fundamentals of learning– independence, motor development, socialization, while learning colors, numbers, handwriting, love of nature and so much more. Outdoor play, gardening, exploration of nature, field trips and more give children more opportunity to grow, learn and explore. When we expose children to different environments and various learning experiences, we allow them to explore their self-awareness and gain a sense of the world around them. The mission of Cozy Cubs Preschool is simple – to help prepare your child for Kindergarten, all while feeling loved, secure and having a blast while doing it!
