Cozy Cubs Preschool is the culmination of many dreams come true. I’ve been an Early Childhood Educator for 12+ years. My dream was always to open my own Preschool in my home, and moving our family to Windsor and finding the home of our family’s dreams helped make my professional dreams become a reality.

I knew in Preschool that I wanted to be a Preschool teacher. I began student teaching at 14 years old, learning many of the basics of child development, in the social, developmental, physical and emotional realms. I gained real world experiences teaching in the onsite laboratory preschool in my school. I was also able to intern with my own Preschool teacher, the one who sparked my initial interest in teaching, and work alongside her in her classroom! As an adult, I worked in classrooms teaching children ages 2-5 years old, and learned many lessons along the way, all of which have helped me hone my teaching skills and help countless students graduate to the next phase in their lives. These experiences have helped me to create a successful and effective program in my own Preschool.  Teaching has been my lifelong passion.  Cozy Cubs Preschool is the beautiful result.
